Naoko MacDonald has been training in the Asia Pacific region for over 13 years. As a qualified instructor, Naoko has worked in Japan, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand, using both Japanese and English as the medium of instruction.

Naoko's experience in training is considerable, covering a wide area which includes communication skills, adventure learning, team building, language development and translation. Naoko is totally at ease in both Japanese and European cultures. She fully appreciates both the need for effective communication in the international business world of today and the challenges involved in achieving this.
