Aim
The aim of the programme is to develop powerful and compelling
influencing and lobbying skills to enable participants to win decisions
and gain commitment to their ideas and proposals.
Objectives
By the end of the course, participants will:
- Deliver proposals in a highly convincing and compelling manner.
- Build a strong rapport with, and win the trust of, their seniors
and audience.
- Structure their proposals, both spoken and written in a manner
which achieves crystal clarity and compelling arguments.
- Handle objections with confidence and authority.
- Sell the benefits of their proposals, rather than its features
and advantages.
