Aim

To increase sales performance by developing highly effective individual
and team selling skills, drawing on the strengths and experiences
of individuals, combining these with proven successful sales techniques.
Objectives

By the end of the programme each participant will:
- Have a full understanding of the sales process and of the 'golden
rules' of selling
- Have a working knowledge of the underlying principles of spoken
communication
- Be able to make face to face meetings more focused and productive
- Be able to assess the success of a sales call in order to decide
on the next best step
- Be able to identify and respond to the needs of both potential
and existing clients
- Know how to address objections and how to handle all types
of questions and complaints
- Know how to obtain commitment
- Be able to structure a sales presentation that is clear, concise
and client focused
- Have increased confidence to project the image of both themselves
and their company in a highly positive manner
