Ian’s career spans over thirty years in a variety of learning and development roles. He has over seventeen years experience of working in the UAE in senior learning and development and assessment positions.

This has included the design, delivery and evaluation of a wide range of leadership development programmes aligning these to succession management and engagement initiatives. He has also been responsible for professional development of facilitators and training standards in two major UAE airlines.
