Hilda has been in office administration for over 15 years.

In her 9 years with CONNECT, she has worked in Client Relations, coordinating and liaising on training logistics. After moving on to Office Management, her role has expanded to overseeing office procedures and operations in administration, accounts and HR.

Having worked in CONNECT's multicultural environment, she believes in 'cultural differences as a bridge to relationships rather than a barrier'.
