CONNECT Communication Limited is one of Asia’s leading training consultancies specializing in executive communication skills coaching.

CONNECT is seeking to engage an additional Executive Consultant. The consultant will deliver specialist training and consultancy services to blue-chip multinationals throughout Asia Pacific.

The successful candidate will be a mature (30-45 years old), confident and highly credible individual who will be comfortable working closely with senior executives of any nationality.

Applicants should be:

• Confident, articulate and inspiring communicator
• Passionate about learning and developing talent in others
• From a sales background, ideally within the financial or consultative professions
• Fluent in English, written and spoken. Fluency in another language, especially Chinese (Mandarin) or Korean would be an advantage but is not crucial.

Training experience not essential; CONNECT will provide extensive initial training lasting 3 months. Further in-house training will be completed over the following 9 months.
